Everton Team News

Everton will be missing the services of both Lucas Digne and Seamus Coleman who are nursing injuries. This is a huge blow to former Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti who is aiming to get his side back to the track but consequently no adequate replacements ready to come in.

Fabian Delph, former Manchester City midfielder limped off in 29 minutes with injury and is expected to miss out. Ancelotti was hoping to have him as a short-term answer for his side but that won’t be the case.

Yerry Mina is likely to secure a spot on his height advantage to try and nullify Chelsea’s Olivier Giroud fancy around the goal area.

Olivier Giroud is likely to be selected over Tammy Abraham for he has been impressive and he will be in line against Everton. He has six goals in his last eight appearances against Everton.

Callum Hudson-Odoi and Hakim Ziyech will be missing out, therefore Christian Pulisic will play alongside Timo Werner and Giroud in the front spot.

Mateo Kovacic and Kai Havertz are campaigning for one spot in midfield at the moment.
