Home » Pakamia
Pros
  • They’re licensed by the BCLB, which gives us players peace of mind.
  • From my own experience and what I’ve seen others say, Pakamia has been around for a couple of years now, I would guess two, which is commendable in a space where many sites like juubet  disappear overnight.
  • They actually have active support on Facebook and WhatsApp, which makes it easy to reach someone when you need help.
  • Deposits and withdrawals through M-Pesa are smooth and reliable.
  • They throw in promos and referral bonuses here and there, which adds a bit of excitement.
Cons
  • Outside of the license, there isn’t much transparency about who exactly owns or runs the site.
  • The site only offers one type of game a crash/aviator style one. If you like variety, you won’t find it here.
  • No dedicated mobile app, so you’re stuck with the browser version.
  • Like any crash game, it can get addictive fast, and chasing losses is a real risk.

Pakamia first impression

Honestly? Pakamia feels like an upgraded version of Pakakumi. If Pakakumi was “ten cats  ”  in swahali now we’ve got mia aka “a hundred cats.” Same crash-game vibe, same look and feel, but dressed up a little neater. The graph is a little bit smoother too. The moment you land on the site, you can tell they aren’t trying to be a full-blown casino or a sportsbook  it’s just one game, the Paka Mia crash game that made Aviator famous, and everything revolves around it. No actual games, no distractions.

Of course, Pakamia makes sure to flash its license front and center: BET KALI, trading as Pakamia, licensed by the BCLB under License No. BK.0000497. That’s good  in Kenya, the license is the bare minimum if you want players to take you seriously. But here’s where things get murky. Outside of that license number, there’s not much to go on. Who owns it? When did it start? Where’s the backstory? Pakakumi at least drops the name “Reys and Meys Limited,” but Pakamia? Just silence.

And that’s why I;m unconvinced that this is more than just coincidence. Two sites, almost identical games, both with playful “paka” names, one calling itself ten cats, the other a hundred. Sure, they might be technically different companies on paper  like different license numbers, different names but when you actually sit down to play, Pakamia really feels like the leveled-up version of Pakakumi. Sleeker, bolder, maybe even more addictive.

This is why it’s not one of the sites I’d recommend. These are the betting sites we’ve partnered with.

Pakamia Login and Registration

Pakamia keeps things simple when it comes to signing up and logging in. To register, you just enter your mobile number, pick a nickname, and set a password, then hit Create Account—no long forms or complicated details.

I had a laugh at the example number they use (0722000000), which looks like Safaricom’s customer care.

I must admit  it made the registration page feel a bit entertaining. Once your account is set up, logging in is even faster: just your mobile number and password, with a “Forgot Password” option if you need it.

Pakamia promos

Pakamia currently runs only one promotion, called “Happy Hour!”, and while it sounds exciting on paper, it also raises some eyebrows.

The promo is structured around specific time slots every day 1PM to 3PM, 6PM to 8PM, and 10PM to 1AM were the top two players are rewarded. The prize pools are straightforward: during the earlier sessions, the first player wins KES 2,000 and second place gets kshs 500, while the late-night session is even more money, with KES 3,000 for the top player and KES 1,000 for the second pos. To qualify, you need at least a KES 50 deposit and KES 50 stake, and the winners are decided based on who racks up the most plays.

On testing, I checked their Happy Hour winners list, and something felt a bit suspect. For example, in the week leading up to my review, one player Fay dominated almost every day, consistently pulling in KES 3,000 wins, sometimes with well over 150+ plays in a session.

Another name, Ignaz, only briefly appeared once. It’s unusual for a promo that should encourage wide participation to showcase the same winner again and again, which may leave new players wondering how fair or transparent the system really is.

And the previous week, it was Win’s turn with Jude Bellingham making a cameo appearance

Payment Methods

Pakamia keeps its payment methods straightforward, leaning fully on M-Pesa for both deposits and withdrawals. You can fund your account in two ways: either through a manual Paybill deposit or the much easier STK push option.

With manual deposits, you send money via Paybill number 853999, using your phone number as account. The limits are clear  KES 20 minimum, up to KES 150000 per transaction, with a Verify Deposit tab to update your balance which I thought was for manual confirmation. For anyone who doesn’t want the hassle of typing Paybill details, the STK push is a welcome touch: you just key in the amount on the site, click Top Up Now, and Pakamia prompts your phone directly for payment approval. It’s quick, error free, and feels far more seamless for regular players. Only mpesa pin needed.
