As it stands, Three Lions can not qualify for next year’s UEFA Nations League finals and it is a dead rubber, while Iceland have already been relegated to League B.

Iceland has several unavailable players, the likes Ragnar Sigurdsson, William Williamson, Aron Gunnarsson, Gylfi Sigurdsson, Johan Berg Gudmundsson, Arnor Traustason, Alfred Finnbogason, and Vidar Kjartansson who withdrew from the current squad.

England vs. Iceland Prediction

Iceland have all it takes with a squad shorn of most of its stars, this should be a winnable game for a devastated England side.

The worry for England fans will be that Southgate sticks to the usual tactics he’s used recently, but the attacking skills of the likes of Jack Grealish, and Harry Kane should be able to make the difference in this game.
