GNK Dinamo Zagreb vs Chelsea

Chelsea start their Champions League against Croatian GNK Dinamo Zagreb at Maksimir in the first leg of the Champions League group stage encounter. The Blues failed to defend the trophy last season after losing to Real Madrid in the semi finals.

Thomas Tuchel’s men head into the clash full of confidence after winning their recent Premier League encounter against London rivals West Ham United. The Blues had to come from a goal down to pick a controversial 2-1 win.

Chelsea’s new signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is expected to make his debut against Zagreb on Tuesday, and that will act as a big boost for the Blues in the attacking ranks.

Despite Zagreb being in fine form, we are backing Chelsea to secure an easy victory away.

Prediction > Chelsea win

Celtic vs Real Madrid

Holders Madrid have a chance of starting their campaign against an easier opponent Celtic. The Los Blancos lifted last season’s trophy with a 1-0 win over Liverpool thanks to Vinicius Jr’s only goal.

Madrid have a 100% record in the domestic league having won all their first four opening matches with the most recent encount being a 2-1 victory over Real Betis.

With the squad and experience, we expect Madrid to carry the day and at least three goals to be produced.

Prediction >  Real Madrid win / Over 2.5

Sevilla vs Manchester City

City begin their campaign against Sevilla on Tuesday having lost the race last season to holders Real Madrid. Pep Guardiola’s men were held to a 1-1 draw by Aston Villa over the weekend in the Premier League and will be keen to get to winning ways when they face the LaLiga side.

Sevilla’s start to the current campaign has been one of their worst having not picked any win in their first four opening matches. Sevillistas Rojiblancos have already lost three matches while settling for a single draw and are among four bottom teams with a single point.

This will be the third meeting between the two side having met back in 2015 in the Champions League where City won both matches with a 2-1 and 3-1 scoreline, 5-2 on aggregate.

Prediction >  Manchester City win / Over 2.5

Borussia Dortmund vs København

Our last highlight of the day will be between Borussia Dortmund and København who are in Group G. Dortmund picked their fourth win of the season in the domestic league following a 1-0 victory over Hoffenheim. So is København who beat Silkeborg with the same scoreline over the weekend.

These two sides will be meeting for the first time in a competitive match and Dortmund head into the clash as the favourites.

Prediction > Borussia Dortmund win
