Striker Gabriel Jesus is still on the sidelines and Ferran Torres is expected to fill in for the Brazilian who could make a return this weekend.

The Premier League club will also miss the services of Fernandinho who was forced off with a leg problem during City’s first Champions League match. The Brazilian is expected to return after the next international break.

The last time these two teams met was in 2014 when Olympiacos beat City on penalties in the International Champions Cup.

Prediction; Manchester City win

City remain the favorites heading to the clash, having dropped zero points in their last two matches of the UCL. Guardiola’s side has been in fine form since the start of the competition, scoring six goals while conceding only one.

The underdogs will be hope Guardiola sticks with juniors as the Premier League side will be eyeing a tough clash against leaders Liverpool over the weekend.

Our topbets pundits believe City will secure a comfortable victory as they’re unbeaten in their last seven matches, winning five in the process.

The Sky Blues have a good attack going forward with the likes of Kevin De Bruyne, Raheem Sterling, Ferran Torres, and Riyad Mahrez. We expect the home team to keep a clean sheet but produce at least three goals.
