Manchester City vs Brentford
Brentford will be keen to bounce back on Saturday in the Premier League as they travel to Etihad to take on defending champions Manchester City. Brentford were eliminated from the EFL Cup by Gillingham on Wednesday night on penalties.
The defeat marked the fifth match for The Bees without a win in all competitions and it is expected to be tough as they will be up against Pep Guardiola’s side.
On the other end, City progressed to the next round of the EFL Cup following a 2-0 victory over Chelsea on Wednesday night.
Last season, City beat Brentford home and away with a 1-0 and 2-0 victory respectively. We are backing City to go to the top of the table before Arsenal face Wolverhampton later in the day.

Liverpool vs Southampton
Southampton progressed to the round of the EFL Cup so is Liverpool with wins on penalties against Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County respectively.
Liverpool will be keen to pick from where they left in the Premier League last weekend as they beat Tottenham 2-1. On the other end, Southampton suffered a 4-1 loss to Newcastle United, their second consecutive defeat in the Premier League.
Southampton have managed only a single win against Liverpool in their last ten matches in all competitions, losing the rest.
At least three goals have been produced in six of the last eight meetings between the two teams.

Wolverhampton vs Arsenal
Arsenal will continue with the hunt for the Premier League title on Saturday against Wolverhampton at Molineux Stadium. The Gunners were eliminated from the EFL Cup on Wednesday following a 3-0 loss at the Emirates.
Mikel Arteta’s men returned to the top of the table after beating Chelsea 1-0 last Sunday. Wolverhampton are in the bottom two with 10 points obtained from 14 matches. Wolves have struggled this season with only two wins so far in the domestic league.
Last season, Arsenal beat Wolverhampton home and away, 1-0 and 2-1 respectively.
