Team news
Manchester City will be happy with the timing of Erling Haaland return after he left unscathed in his return in the game against Southampton which was his first after a short injury layoff and helped himself to a brace in the tie. The only player expected to miss the tie is youngster Phil Foden who is still a long term absentee.
Bayern Munich also have few new injury concerns following their back-to-back clashes with Freiburg this week. While Manuel Neuer remains sidelined due to a broken leg, defender Lucas Hernandez and Striker Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting are set to miss the trip to the Etihad with knee injuries respectively.

Jamal Musiala
With Moting’s place in the team still uncertain, Tuchel might turn to Musiala for goals. The German forward has been impressive this season in the Bundesliga, scoring eleven goals and adding nine assists.
